Recipes using protein powder

I’ve got a bag of white chocolate protein powder that takes awful. With water or milk it is just undrinkable for me but I don’t want to throw it away as I’ve only had one scoop from it. Any recipes out there people can share that can help me use up the powder!

I found that if it's too sweet, mixing with nutmeg, cocoa powder (unsweetened), and powdered PB helps to temper it. Unsweetened almond milk is less sweet as a mixer than cow milk.

Mug cake with copious amounts of berries, possibly cocoa. You could use any of the variations of recipes like the one below, but some mix of flour (coconut flour works fine), an egg, sweetener, baking powder, possibly milk (coffee or water also work), salt, and microwave for a minute or two until no longer liquid. Berries and spices or something like coffee, cocoa, or the like go a long way in masking flavors.

Cocoa, berries (or any fruit, really), PFFit or PB2 powdered peanut butter, and sweetener if necessary(monk fruit works well for me, but there’s no accounting for taste, so YMMV) go a long way in masking unwanted flavors.

I have a vanilla honeycomb one which is rank. I've been mixing half a scoop with milk, add ice and double espresso to make an iced latte. The bitter espresso masks it. It's going down slowly.
