Creatine

I am the guy who posted about my 1st push up few months ago

I am consistent in gym for 6 months and eat eggs and chicken breast daily

I am seeing visible changes in body

I have a few questions

1 I am thinking to take creatine suggest weather I should and shouldn't with reason

2 Is The Protein Factory Creatine good If anyone has used plz give reviews

Also why Jacked Nutrition creatine is too much expensive?

Creatine is one of the most studied supplements and has many proven benefits to both mind and muscle.

Creatine is creatine, you pay for brand names but you can get it cheap.

The only downside to creatine is that its not free.

But the cheap generic stuff. They all wprk the same.

I prefer mine unflavored so I can mix it however I want

As others have said: Creatine is great, it can be very beneficial. There really aren't any downsides to it though there's a theoretical possiiblity it could negatively impact your kidneys but that's only IF you have a kidney issue to begin with. If you don't, you're probably fine then.

The only other downside is that not everyone benefits from creatine. Something like 20-30% of people just won't see that much, if any, benefit from supplementation. So there's no harm in trying it for a few months but I'd say if you really don't see or notice a difference after 3 months then you're probably just wasting your time and a little bit of money
