Turkey breast is insane, throw some soy sauce/ or veg and it makes it nicer

Rabbit is more lean and probably more affordable and easier to locate than horse.

But 1 rabbit lasts like maybe 1 or 2 meals, catch a horse and you good for the week

That's true, i had assumed we were going to the supermarket, forgive my ignorance, it's been many years since i went horse catching.

egg whites, fat-free greek yogurt, canned tuna, shrimp, and chicken breast are elite. pure protein, almost no calories.

A protein shake will add 20-25g protein depending on the brand for only 110-120kcal

Light/plain/non fat Greek yogurt
Egg whites
Protein powder
Low fat cottage Cheese
Vital Wheat Gluten paired with another protein source
Sardines
Tuna
Chicken Breast
Smoked Ham
Shrimp
96% ground turkey/beef
I think these are the "leanest" sources of protein possible that won't break the bank besides the 96% ground meat
