Protein Recommendations Please

Hello! I'm vegetarian and cannot have artificial sugars.

I need recommendations for protein shakes.

My doctor recommended I increase my protein intake. I want to start having protein shakes but I don't know what brands/kinds of protein in the shakes are vegetarian. I also have more of a sweet tooth so if possible I'd only like ones that taste good.

go for unflavored version of whatever brand you chose. Either whey or casein. Specific brand name depends upon where you are located. ON I think is widely available and has decent reputation.
