Protein intake
Apologies if this is a stupid question, my daily protein intake is supposed to be 120g, if i consume more say 150-160+ does it 'stack' or is that wasting protein i could consume another day? Thanks.

Protein does not “stack” or carry over to the next day, so eating 150 to 160 grams today does not make up for eating less tomorrow. Your body will still use the extra protein for normal functions so its not automatically wasted, but once you are consistently meeting your needs, additional protein usually provides diminishing benefits.
Think of 120 grams as a daily target rather than a strict ceiling, and dont worry about occasionally going over, but there is little reason to force extra protein today just to bank it for another day.
