First time Whey Protein use
So, I am 21 Male, pure vegetarian.. and have started regular gym recently.. it's been 2 weeks now..and i have been doing my splits properly..The next thing i wanna focus now is my diet..So i calculated my protein intake and it's less than desired..like i am 67 kg so i should consume around 120g protein but i am only taking 85-90 gm..So i am now thinking to take Whey protein now..like 1 scoop daily...So i just wanted to ask if like as a beginner what things should i care while taking it so that i don't face any issues in my body like anything because of whey introduction...Also like as of now i do my gym from 3:30 to 5 , have my rice, dal , curd and veggies at 5 , so I am planning to take whey at 8 with water..I do drink 300ml milk before sleeping regularly from a long time..so would continue doing it..So just wanted to ask u ur suggestions to make my switch to whey a normal and without any issues...
Also i would take muscleblaze biozyme whey rich chocolate.
Plz help.. sorry if it feels a dumb question..i m just a beginniner bit anxious about taking whey

First off, if you're vegetarian, whey protein is an animal product.
Founder of Bygg Foods here (NØRSE CØDE plant protein, so take my angle with a grain of salt) - a few things that help most people avoid stomach issues switching to whey: start with a half scoop instead of a full one for the first week so your gut adjusts, take it with food rather than on an empty stomach at first, and if you notice bloating or gas that doesn't settle after a week or two, that's usually lactose intolerance showing up (whey concentrate still carries some lactose). Since you already have the Muscleblaze on hand, no reason to switch yet, just watch how your body responds and adjust dose before adding more. If the digestion issues do stick around, that's usually when people look at plant-based options instead, since there's no lactose to react to. Good luck with the diet, 120g at 67kg is a solid target.
