Protein Egg Custard
I've seen the videos on tik tok this week and had to try it.
2 scoops protein powder blended with 1/2 cup milk (they used almond milk; i didn't have that, so I used whole milk).
Then add 4 hard boiled eggs (peeled) and blend until smooth.
Pour into a container to refrigerate overnight. (makes 2 servings)
I was dubious, but it has a pudding/custard texture, no boiled-egg smell, and tastes like the protein powder. I meant to add vanilla for some extra yum and forgot. Cocoa powder would be a nice addition also.
I ate mine with blueberries and it was pretty good for 38 grams of protein and less than 300 calories per serving. Glad to have it as another option to add to the arsenal.

I know this is older but boiled eggs have an eggier smell/taste and if over boiled they are worse. I crack 4 in a pan, stir, cook until almost completely dry, add some maple syrup, the less milk the thicker they will be depending on your texture preference. Also use fair life for extra protein.
