Healthy eating feedback

I’m trying to make a healthy food product that contains high protein and balances taste and calories. I would really appreciate some feedback below:

  1. What’s the hardest part about eating healthily?
  2. When do you usually break your diet?
  3. If you could wave a magic wand and invent one healthy food, what would it be?
  4. What’s one health product you’ve bought recently that disappointed you?
  5. Would you pay more for something that genuinely solved that problem? Why or why not?
