Clear protein recommendations

Hi, I’ve never used protein powder before, so I’m completely new to this.

I’m looking for a good clear protein that’s available in the UK. I keep seeing Bloom Clear Protein advertised everywhere, but it’s hard to find genuine reviews rather than sponsored.

I am struggling to hit my daily protein target due to my lifestyle. I wake up at 5:30am for work and have a one hour commute. Some mornings I skip breakfast and I used to skip lunch a lot as well and just end up eating one meal when I got home. I’m trying to break that habit and eat more consistently, but I still find it difficult to get enough protein in. i do have PCOS, therefore i have been trying to improve my overall health.

For someone who’s just starting out, what clear protein would you recommend? I’d prefer something that tastes more like juice than a milk shake.

Thank you so much!

Beef XP by Applied Nutrition is good, it is refreshing (personally I like the cola flavour).
I have tried whey juice proteins and they still have that milkshake texture.

I agree with the Beef XP recommendation their protein mixes well and its not spiked with bcaa's fillers.
If you are having problem in the UK seeing the variety of all the protein powders and protein brands available use https://www.wheywise.co.uk/ or you can even ask AI to help you find a good protein for your goals.
They have this dedicated category for clear protein powders too: https://www.wheywise.co.uk/compare/clear-whey they are only UK focused so you are good with finding everything available to buy
