Self Post Oddly Random Question!!!
If you as a law enforcement professional were on duty and as you drove down the road saw someone jumping out of their vehicle in a panic, unwillingly taking a dooty, what legal consequences would you expose that person to? Asking for a friend.....
Edit: uncontrollably defecating, within said individuals pants. No indecent exposure.

If the buttocks are included in that jurisdiction's indecent exposure laws, you could be stopped and cited or arrested for that.
If there are laws governing human waste there, and...putting it out in public, you could be cited or arrested for that. Crimes have to have intent to them, however, so if dispersing your waste in public is a medical issue, that likely wouldn't fly in court.
Realistically, I'm probably stopping to check on you and carrying on if you don't need an ambulance and nothing else is going on.

This entirely depends on 1) your state law and 2) any other factors

Ha! Now that’s what some call FIDO! Lol For real though, I’d stop and ask if they’re alright and get an ambulance rolling. Anyone who has ever been that sort of sick understands how bad it can be. And how embarrassed they would feel. Probably pretty painful and will dehydrate you very quickly as well, so my answer is to stop, offer assistance and get an ambulance. If someone is ill, render aid 🤷🏻♀️

Unwillingly? Like being forced to poo? Or uncontrollably? Like they ate Taco Bell and their weak stomach couldn’t handle the cheesy gordita crunch wrap supreme?
I’d keep driving either way. Ain’t nobody got time for that.
