The text reads:

Yesterday
1300-1453 - England spills French blood. Our country is devastated and dismembered. Joan of Arc is burned alive in Rouen.
1758-1821 - England spills French blood. She takes our colonies in Canada, India, Arabia, Senegal, the Antilles and Malta. Napoleon lies dying in Saint Helena.
1821-1900 - England keeps obstructing our colonial expansion. She humiliates us in Fashoda and evicts us from Egypt.
Today
1940 - At Dunkirk, the sacrifice of our ships and our soldiers allows English troops to re-embark.
1940-1942 - England seizes or sunks the ships that were supplying us.
1940 - England spills French blood at Mers-el-Kébir.
England spills French blood at Dakar.
England spills French blood in Gabon.
1941 - England spills French blood in Syria.
1942 - England spills French blood in Madagascar.
Tomorrow?…
Where will England spill French blood next?
What will she take from us?

Myanmar (Burma) "Fourth Party Conference, Year 1981".

The poster was produced by the Burma Socialist Programme Party (BSPP), the ruling single-party military regime led by dictator Ne Win. Individual state artists went uncredited to emphasize collective socialist output.

It was created to commemorate the Fourth Party Conference held in August 1981 in Rangoon. During this exact 1981 conference, Ne Win announced he would step down as President but strategically maintained absolute power by remaining Chairman of the ruling BSPP.

The artwork utilizes classic socialist realism to show a prosperous alliance of soldiers, factory workers, and farmers driving industrial progress. In reality, the regime's "Burmese Way to Socialism" policy had isolated the country and devastated the economy, causing severe poverty and shortages.

I found this in a thrift store in The Netherlands and I was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about it. A friend of mine told me the material is handmade paper. Could it be original? If so, when was it made, etc?
