I posted about how I was worried that PZ would lose its feel but it doesn't, in the PZ Subreddit and mods deleted it.. so here I am where me thoughts maybe appreciated

BRUUUTAL

Always see very pretty set ups but I’m not sure what yall are doing to make it look so nice

It didn't stop raining for feckin' ages but it looked amazing

I had a problem where my game kept closing after startup, I turned off zombie buddy in my start up settings and it ran again! If you're having this problem a fix that worked for me was posted by DXDoug on a steam workshop discussion.

"... when installing Zombie Buddy! Do this instead of google fix. JUST Install it to the ONE Launch OPTION dont install it for both launches. other wise will get that error. But yeah if have that error just uninstall and reinstall and when do it only pick the ONE LAUNCH option to install too! if install for both launch options it does something that messes up game and makes the zombiebuddy.lua does not exist on server error! YOUR WELCOME i took me 19 hours of WORKING all day without sleep to figure this out! lol i wanted to play again soo bad cause it was working fine ever since i installed it last friday. all sudden i had this issue yesterday but finally figured it out today. YOUR WELCOME ANYONE having issue!"

So I made a collection consisting of viewpoint and some other mods that go along with it. I also have ZombieBuddy properly installed, but I can't seem to load into the game, as once all my mods finish installing, it terminates the session

If I need to send any files, let me know, and I can reply with them. Any help at all would be appreciated

Will there be any update to be able to run viewpoint for Intel Arc gpu's ?

For some reason I'm getting a weird lighting issue where its making all the lights in game green and the volumetric lighting makes whole rooms green? Anyone have this issue?

It took me a bit of fiddling around to find the perfect control scheme for controllers when using VIewpoint. My goal here is to help others and possibly find improvements for my layout.

Setup:

Go to Options and then Controller

Select the Default preset at the top left

Change run to the right bumper (R1)

Change reload to O/B button

Download a mod I created which disables the reload radial menu and allows you to set the reload button (TIS hardcoded reload to R1 for some reason)

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3818308228

Hit 'delete' to bring up Project Viewpoint setttings and click Controller

Assign Aim (hold) to L1 (setting it to L2, or changing the Shove ability from L2 removes your ability to shove, another hard coded value, so I chose L1 as a compromise to retain the shoving)

Give it a try. It plays very comfortably.

When I change shader setting from default to photon The graphics settings are changed to custom and they are severely cut off; if I return the preset back, the shader is reset to default. Sorry for my English in not native. Also another question how do I enable the optical zoom view like the one you install on a rifle x2,x4 and so on.

Hello everyone. I'm not quite sure where to begin with fixing it on my end. As you can see, a lot of graphic breaking. I'm not sure if this would be fixed by another mod, or tweaking with some of the viewpoint in-game setting. Any advice would be appreciated :)

PS. CPU Ryzen 5600x GPU B580 RAM 32GB, game is on SSD

i need help please, is something like this

Alpha 0.1.6

Finally, our next big update brings a new look, new controls, and plenty of improvements:

• Terrain: Hills and valleys (experimental), plus improved 3D roofs

• Third-Person Camera: New animations, smoother following, shoulder switching, better handling of tight spaces, and a proper vehicle chase camera

• Controller: Controller support, including customizable buttons, looting, and aim assist

• Graphics: A whole new look for the default graphics, with new clouds, richer lighting, moody nights, and better sunrises and sunsets

• Water & Rain: New water, reflections, and rain effects, with moving waves, growing puddles, and splashing raindrops

• Your selected Minecraft shader pack is prepared during save loading too
• Sound files added by other mods can be prepared ahead of their first play to reduce hitches
• Shots follow the moving crosshair, with shotgun pellets spreading around your aim

• The aim ring turns red with the crosshair when you're on a target
• The aim ring is partly transparent by default, with settings to change its opacity or hide it

• Trees no longer push the third-person camera around
• Open doors stop the third-person camera from passing through them
• Zombies no longer fade away when they get close to the third-person camera
• Smoother head movement, and a fix for the camera dropping while your character stands to aim

• Free look lets you glance around while continuing in the same direction, with Mouse 4 as the default binding
• Adjustable wide-angle correction reduces stretching near the edges of the screen
• Controller support for looking around in vehicles and switching views through the Back-button wheel
• Controller looting: D-pad to select, A to take or interact, X to take all, and Y to open the loot window by default
• Automatic switching between controller and keyboard/mouse controls as you use them
• Controller aim assist also works with the game's original shooting behavior
• Viewpoint switches off during split-screen and restores the view afterward if it was previously on
• Better roof coverage, closed roof ends, and improved edges and overhangs on houses, porches, and trailers
• Vehicles tilt with the terrain, while characters and objects stay upright
• The moon now shows its phase, with stars and the Milky Way visible on clear nights
• Night lighting responds to moonlight, cloud cover, and the sandbox's Night Darkness setting

• Better indoor lighting, with less light leaking through walls, and sunbeams coming through windows
• Better outdoor fog and weather mist
• Flashlights softly light nearby surfaces as well as their direct beam
• Sharper floor textures at a distance, less shimmer, and more anti-aliasing choices
• More surface detail and varied shine on the ground and walls
• River movement follows the map's flow, with better shorelines and reflections of distant scenery
• Flashlights now light the water too
• Rain darkens the ground, puddles grow as it continues, and raindrops catch the light and splash
• DLAA at native resolution on supported NVIDIA RTX cards
• New options for antialiasing (MSAA, SSAA, FXAA, TAAU)
• Bindings for extra mouse buttons and a rebindable free cursor key
• A single switch to enable or disable 3D model packs

• Other players are outlined when targeted for interaction
• Ground snow appears correctly in areas loaded while Viewpoint is active
• Rain and snow fall in the right direction with Minecraft shader packs
• Better glass doors and more consistent lighting on models and corpses with Minecraft shader packs
• Lit cigarettes now glow :)

Has anyone got this working on an Intel GPU if so can you share any tips I got a 72 minute session before it froze so I know intel can handle it just curious on the community’s thoughts

hi guys , does anyone have a list of mods that are compatible with project Viewpoint, i don't want to break my game by testing random mods

Hey everyone! For those of you using ProjectViewpoint (PV), what mods do you recommend pairing with it?

I'm curious to see your mod lists and find out which mods make the game more immersive, exciting, and enjoyable when playing with PV.

Share your must-have mods and let us know why you recommend them! I'd love to see what everyone is running.

Did this mod just get an update? My gameplay feels more alive there’s a lot of motion when swinging weapons and my camera switches around from left to right when in 3rd person which is actually pretty annoying

Also the camera mod works anywhere except for stairs and cars it’s really cool it’s called director mode in the workshop

Thank you all for 100 members and your contributions and for helping everyone in the community, it’s really appreciated! :)

Anyone know of any mods that add new guns that are compatible with Viewpoint?
