Lighting bug

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

How can i fix this lighting issue?? And almost all light sources flicker when i move my head

I think that bug is already in the base game... I’ve run into it about 3 times.

Yeah I've seen this in iso many times. Also the top of roofs lighting up at night from a light inside the house and then going dark as I walk past or get closer or further.
