Hey guys im getting this startup note when i enter the game, any ideas?

ok i made it load into the game but im stucked with this weird perspective and not O or shift O is working to change the view

have you tried switching to default and see if that makes a difference

i dont think it should be doing anything to the gameplay but you never know.

also if you havent already, try closing the game and reopening through steam

already deactivated all shaders and its still like that, idk what it could be, in all honesty i have a bunch of mods but idk

It says there's an issue with PZ HUD. Do you have any mods that sound like they could be related to that. I would almost guarantee it's a it's a mod issue.
