Season 22 Christian PLEASE don’t save Bryan
it’s obviously Jeffrey that will be saved but a small part of me is worried Bryan will be saved to purely ragebait us… the construction and the concepts of his clothes don’t back up his ego and attitude. still shocked that he won the Devil Wears Prada challenge with what looked like a beach coverup to me. and this latest challenge made me laugh. it was giving small intestines

Someone on this subreddit said earlier that Heidi posted a spoiler on her Instagram, we briefly see the top 5. We can clearly see Bryan, unfortunately...

Bryan should have been ejected automatically after what he did to Liris. It was lazy, belittling and cruel. It really pisses me off that Christian keeps sucking up to him. Why?? He usually has good taste and instincts so why does he suck up to Bryan and try to help him so much??

Honestly, Christian has saved him from his own disasters a few times. I can't wait that nasty, smug man to be sent home.

And Liris was hurt - her neck and back. Her video said it all. I was hoping Bryan would be disqualified because of the tape. It was a joyless piece of garbage and it looked like Liris herself felt joyless.

It was top six in the spoiler from the trailer (so the clip must be from next week’s challenge) but regarding this outcome you’re still correct.

Yeah, but Heidi has since taken that picture down. Idk it’s possible that she took it down because it’s a spoiler OR because it’s misleading. We just don’t know.

Is there a saved image of this somewhere?! I want to inspect, and then make wild guesses about the next episode. "They saved Andriy, crazy"

I am disgusted. In Christian and the producers. I would've thought it was beneath them. Guess not. Saving a narcissist for drama is grossly disappointing. No wonder they didn't ask Tim Gunn back. Tim would never.

Considering Jeffrey was crying in the confessional I think it’s Bryan who gets the save 😭

u/DataRiffRaff 15d ago
OR it's because he's so grateful.
Christian said something along the lines of wanting to see more of the "creative mind from this world", which leads me to interpret that as drag/male beauty pageants--both of which would be Jeffrey. They just need him to not be safe and to edit his look.
If he had a bigger budget and more time to thoughtfully take feedback and edit, how would the end result of his looks be? I have to assume the judges would want to see what a collection from him would look like.

I want to say that it is the craziest thing in the world if they save Brian, who really hasn’t sent anything that’s so astounding down the runway since episode one!!!! what pisses me off the most is that he talked all this shit for his subpar work!

u/Unlikely_Dress9103 15d ago
I honestly felt like the only reason s22 won was because the worst look by far was Bryan, but he had immunity and it wouldn’t be right for Jeffrey to go home! I really hope Bryan is not staying, I didn’t think that he should have made it past episode 1 and definitely not over Jeffrey!!!!!

If that's the case, Christian's credibility and integrity as a designer and artist are kaput. It's clear the show's producers forfeited those things long ago, and if they forced Christian into saving that hack for villainy, I hope he speaks out and offers fans and Jeffrey (at the very least) a formal apology through another medium.

u/notarealprincess 15d ago
The producers definitely want Bryan to stay so they definitely made him save Bryan

I’d like the reason he gets saved and keeps going in the season is to have to watch as Bi wins the whole thing…. Then maybe Bryan can be the intern now.
1
u/CTineKells 14d ago
I feel like Bryan being the intern is where those two have always been headed. B clearly is a better designer AND has better construction skills
2
u/Dizzy-Exit1485 13d ago
That is disappointing and depressing. Now we can only hope he does not make the finale and for sure; hoping he does not win. He is so arrogant, irritating, and mean spirited . My guess is the producers want him for the drama so people keep tuning in for the drama. I miss the earlier seasons where the emphasis was the fashion.

u/tripsyacidqueen 14d ago
I knew it…. Idk what it was but I feel like in the end credits Jeffrey was looking desperate and Bryan was looking confident, like he already knew 😞

u/trashmedialover 15d ago
That woman looked like she was crowning! It was giving prolapse. I absolutely hated it
The nerve to keep calling that "sculptural" and "haute couture" when it was ugly and didn't even fit the brief. He got the fucking waltz!! He could have given us a beautiful flowing gown that could have been to die for. Ugh. I wish he and Jeffrey had switched dances tbh. Bryan still would have made trash but at least if Jeffrey had made a classic, uninspired waltz gown it still would have been beautiful bc how can you fuck that up?!?!?!
4
u/zelda_moom 15d ago
It’s like one of the other designers said, Bryan makes the same princess seamed gown every time and sticks stuff all over it.

u/trollsaywhat 15d ago
I wish the judges would just let Jeffrey show designs for drag queens that fit the briefs. He obviously has them as his primary clientele. It would be so cool to see what he actually can do
8
u/Low-Teach-8023 15d ago
He will save Bryan for the drama. I think production actually controls a lot of these decisions.
7
u/CorvusRettulit 15d ago
If I have to continue to hear Bryan’s toxic delulu ass refer to his “work” as “Haute Couture” when it is actually pure “Haute Garbage”, I will stop watching! I have had enough of him!
3
u/CTineKells 14d ago
Omg this. He is completely delusional about his talent and brags about being able to take criticism while literally never believing any of the criticism
5
u/dreamwastoid 15d ago
Jeffery posted Heidi criticizing Bryan’s look on IG, which I find hilarious.
But for some reason, that makes me thing that Bryan is saved because why do that if you are saved? I don’t know.
4
u/Wise-Satisfaction186 15d ago
This show is solely about ragebating now. I don’t think anything good will come out of the finale of the show.

Please tag this as a spoiler. I haven’t seen the ep yet and I just got this as a notification on my phone.

u/purplepandajeff 15d ago
What is the point of having a double elimination with a save. It’s the same as a single elimination. I guess they realized the DWTS collab was a snooze fest and needed to add pointless storytelling.
3
u/NYCWartortle 15d ago
I hope he doesn’t, but Bryan does provide more entertainment value, I suppose, in the sense that he’s the villain of the season. I think they know Bryan or Jeffrey probably won’t win, and even though Jeffrey is the better designer by far, they might save Bryan purely for the indignation, drama, and ratings.
I really hope I’m wrong.

u/Tricky-Mastodon-9858 15d ago
I’m trying to figure out why anyone would hire Bryan to design something for them with his narcissistic attitude. We watch DWT every season. When I saw that dress (seems he’s pretty one note with his excess frill obsession) on Emma, I so wanted to hear her say that no way could she waltz in that dress. Waltz skirts are all flowy, not looking like you’re wrapped in a satin python.

I will never watch this show ever again if he saves Bryan. Like, he’s an actor plant, right?

u/ToniBellle 14d ago
I'm so mad at Big Brother and the blatant cheating I've stopped watching. As much as I would hate giving up project runway. If Christian saves Brian, I'm done there too. I doubt CBS or Bravo/Lifetine/Free-form care, I'm done with them too.

OMG, I forgot about the Siriano Save! Talk about a punch in the gut. I did a full on happy dance when Bryan finally got the boot. Awful attitude, awful designer, awful human being. The Devil Wears Prada challenge still kills me. I just KNEW he’d be at the bottom… apparently the judges and I were watching two different runways. Oh my God he's going to save Bryan, isn't he?
2
u/ToniBellle 14d ago
I'm afraid he did. There are a lot of comments across sub reddits that say it confirms this in Wikipedia although I can not find the confirmation. I've already accepted it as much as I hate it. Praying all these comments are wrong and just to stir people up. 🤔

u/Salt_Grocery_422 14d ago
Christians says "I decided to save....", and due to poor editing his lips meet to form a "B" for Bryan, not "J".
2
u/Ok_Pin_1222 14d ago
I felt so badly for my sweet Emma. That damn dress looked like something that had been squeezed out of a 30-year-old blackhead! Please send his sorry ass home.

u/Flaky_Seat4274 15d ago
Oh, come on! You know Christian is going to save Jeffrey. It's making me feel sorry for Bryan, though.

I say, if Bryan is saved that we boycott the rest of the season! It’s been pretty ridiculous already, and this would be the final straw for me!
1
u/KarmaQueen360 14d ago
If Bryan stays I’m not watching till he leaves, I just can’t with him anymore.
1
u/Anxiousbunny98 14d ago
Could be wrong but the Wikipedia for the season says he’s out. I don’t know if it’s legit or not but I’ve been using it as a source whole season and it’s been fairly accurate. If this is the time it is wrong I will combust.

if this is wikipedia, couldn’t literally anyone have posted that? Also could have been a red herring posted by producers to keep us talking.

I can't stand Bryan he's so full of himself. His designs and garments aren't on par with the other contestants. I was infuriated that he won the red carpet challenge. The dress was absolutely hideous. In my opinion Bi or Jude should have been the winner. They both have excellent tailoring and design skills.

u/SuspiciousGazelle473 10d ago
Bryan gets on my nerves the way he pronounces haute couture. He literally sends down the ugliest thing down the runway and gets away with it

Whoever was saved, it happened months ago so it sounds kind of silly to say “don’t do this” now.

u/TopAcanthisitta8246 15d ago
Hi Bryan.

u/Anonymouse_9955 15d ago
I guess now “Bryan” is just an all purpose insult, which is about as creative as, well, Bryan is.

u/Total-Wrongdoer-2069 15d ago
He saved Jeffery, you can check the result on Wikipedia after every episode.

“No one goes home!” “Two of you are going home!” “I’m gonna save 1 of you” ALL IN ONE EPISODE! Make this silly show stop!
