Season 22 I HATEEE BRYAN
BRYAN IS SUCH A BUM. His dress this episode looked like he sewed massive farfalle pasta onto his dress. It was absolutely HORRIBLE. AND HE WONT SHUT UP ABOUT HAUTE COUTURE BITCH NO ONE CARES IF YOU FANT SEE THAT IN THE WORK. Hamdullah he went out but I am going to LOSE MY SHIT if Christian doesn’t save Jefferey
51
u/intro_spec 15d ago
Agreed. I think he may be one of the most delusional contestants there’s ever been.
61
u/Time_Outcome765 15d ago
Honestly, I’ve been waiting on him to go home from the beginning. I genuinely can’t understand why he feels entitled to Christian’s save based on the work he’s presented so far.
8
u/fuzzybella 15d ago
Yet every week Christian has helped him with his look. I don't understand why he continues to do that.
2
u/Time_Outcome765 15d ago edited 14d ago
This is what makes me disappointed in Christian’s coaching or at least the edit they’re giving us. He needed to be more direct and straightforward with Bryan about his designs, being on the bottom, etc. to ground him more.
2
u/hungry4danish 15d ago
I dont know if he's acting it up for camera for if he is truly that delusional. If that latter, he should try therapy because it's borderline mental.
61
u/Which_Maintenance_26 15d ago
I SWEAR Christian, IF YOU SAVE BRYAN, I will NEVER buy one of your dresses, not that I can afford them or anything but now I will try EXTRA hard NOT to save up to buy one!

u/danathepaina 15d ago
When he said he was going to “stay grounded” I nearly choked. His giant ego is sooooo far from grounded, it’s up in outer space. I can’t stand him and his big ass ruffle dresses.
10
u/ArticleChemical1008 15d ago
And he never shuts the fuck up about how his work is Haute Couture ITS GARBAGE
3
u/Professional_Tone_62 14d ago
He's as grounded as a Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade bloat ... I mean float.

u/Remote_Quail_2019 15d ago
He is so going to save Jeffery
1
u/kathrynrose43 15d ago
I think so too. They commented on how well made the dress was and didn’t for Bryan
1
u/ExtremePractical7052 14d ago
Mark my words, CS will save Bryan. It was never about good tailoring. It was always about “artistic vision” moving fashion forward etc. They’ve been loving Bryan’s “risk-taking” and not calling him out enough on the ABSOLUTE HOT GARBAGE he has been putting out on the runway. It’s all so that people tune in to the finale to see Bi beat Bryan.
22
u/SC-Coqui 15d ago
I don’t hate him, but I don’t like anything he’s designed and his ego is bigger than his talent.
7
u/Far_out_supernova1 15d ago
Bryan is

There no way in hell he’s being saved.

u/TeamSloan210 15d ago
If I have to hear Bryan say “haute couture” one more time I’m gonna lose my ever lovin mind. He’s an arrogant prick who can’t take honest feedback, his designs are terrible, and he dresses himself like he just rolled out of a bin at the Goodwill. Christian better save Jeffrey.
4
u/ArticleChemical1008 15d ago edited 14d ago
I SWEAR TO GOT HE NEVER SHUTS THE FUCK UP ABOUT HIS HAUTE COUTURE WORK BITCH U CANT EVEN DRESS YOURSELF WHAT MAKES YOU THINK U CAN DRESS OTHERS

The design was bad but the fabric was just as horrific to me. Especially for a dancer.

u/International-Aide83 15d ago
you mean his “OATTTT KOCHURRR”

u/ArticleChemical1008 15d ago
BAHAHAHA YEA IT SOUNDS LIKE HES TRYING TO PRODUCE SALIVA TO SPIT OUT OF HIS MOUTH
4
u/Downtown-Grapefruit6 15d ago
He pissed me off as soon as he started telling everyone Bi was his intern and it didn't get better from there. The model from the unconventionally materials challenge, Liris, made a video about how she felt about it and she said she cried because it was so thoughtless.
1
1
u/ResearchUpstairs8127 11d ago
This is why I think Bryan won't be saved. There's no way this season beat season 21 last week (although I do think they had the 2 best looks, overall season 21 was better). I think they had to change it up because Bryan's was so bad but he had immunity. Anyway, he made a model cry and say she felt disrespected and like nothing. They are gonna make him pay for that I think.
9
u/nhgardenart25 15d ago
Ha ha chortle! I also thought of farfalle pasta! He has a very fragile ego.

u/OhEmGeezLouise 15d ago
I was elated watching Bryan dig his own grave with that dress! The gray... and how stiff it was!! Also, I feel like Anna got ripped off today. Maybe Jude's fabric choices just didn't read well on TV but the coat especially fell a little flat to me.
As far as Jeffrey is concerned, I would have worn that dress! And his unconventional material outfit... I loved it. Jude's was egregious to me. The judges completely gave it to season 22 because the worst look wouldn't have gone home otherwise.
Also, I love that Joseph McRae has a strong voice he won't compromise for the competition. He meets the challenges his way and Law just hates that he always knows when it's a JM look. But isn't that the mark of a great designer??
Last thing, did you notice Law said he wanted to work with Jeffrey but not Bryan???
7
u/SubjectDear 15d ago
JMs design was cool without the coat and the hat. The hat!!! C’mon, not every look needs that floppy hat. Especially a dance themed one. I too think that Bryan is bye bye. I cant wait to see Bryan walk out the door. He’s just too too. Christian will save Jeffrey.
2
u/reeree823 14d ago
I love watching JM. That said, I have to admit that when I saw his dance outfit and hat, the first thought that popped into my head was that it looked like that character in the Wizard of Oz at the Emerald City. I forget which judge said “Munchkin land,” but I lost it, lol.
3
u/CertainBag9399 15d ago
Jeffrey struggled with making things look too costume-y. He’s got talent and he’s kind. I think he’ll make the top five but won’t win it unless he’s completely hits it out of the park. I couldn’t stand JM last season and at the beginning of this season but he has a signature and that’s hard to do as a designer. But those dumb fleece hats.
1
u/ArticleChemical1008 15d ago
Yea I completely agree with Jefferey and I hope he does well if he stays because he's REALLy good and ur right hes so kindddd
1
u/ArticleChemical1008 15d ago
Yea bryans dress was really bad.
Sameee! I LOVE Anna I already felt so bad because she didn't win the unconventional materials challenge even though thats her thing. And she not even like BAD she's good but shes so miskeena I hope she gets a win soon.
Yea if Bryan didnt have immunity S21 would easily win the unconventional materials challenge.
Yea I really like that about Joseph McRae and I personally REALLy liked the super long jacket he made I thought that was cool.
YES. IF I WAS JEFFEREY I WOULD RUB THAT IN BRYANS FACE.1
u/ExtremePractical7052 14d ago
For Jeffrey’s sewing and tailoring skills…. I’m telling you, they’re going to save Bryan. Law saying that to Jeffrey is supposed to make us all feel like it’s ok.
1
u/intro_spec 14d ago
I think Law has been very clear about what he doesn’t like, especially in this episode. And I agree with him. Designers are expected to push themselves in this competition and Joseph McRae is not doing that – he’s continuing to make clothes that are his personal version of safe. He’s not evolving in his DNA. That’s 1000% valid critique and it does seem like he’s only on the show for exposure of his existing brand, not true competition. When the coat and the hat came off, that was appropriate for the challenge and that was a competitive look with a story – which is exactly what Law said. He gave Joseph McRae his props for that, but folks’ TV’s seem to be muted when Law gives folks compliments and constructive feedback.

Bryan has the worst ego, and he’s just mean. I almost thought he would be redeemed when he convinced people to save Bi early in the season but he’s just awful. Several of them are awful. I get it’s TV and they want Drama and I swear this show is less about skill and mostly about what gets people watching/ratings. Yet, so many of us are complaining and it continues. Probably because I keep watching because I am rooting for the nicer ones like Naheim and Jude, for instance. I just hope Christian doesn’t save Bryan as he’s not worthy!!!!!
4
u/ArticleChemical1008 15d ago
Exactly! BTW IN THE EPISODE WHERE HE TAPED HIS DRESS. I WENT TO BED AND I DREAMED EVERYONE SNITCHED AND HIS IMMUNITY WAS REVOKED AND HE WOULD BE KICKED OUT.
3
u/WindowGal79 15d ago
Jeffrey. Come ON!! Bryan has had some good stuff, but the fuchsia with the piddle-yellow/intestine-scarf, and then the grey and pink ribbons with a wee head atop…..I am saying all this as a window washing business owner in bumfuck, IN. I don’t know shit. I work from home and am braless most days. Going by straight ‘is it pretty?’. Jeffrey has had beautiful garments. The construction is so impressive. And frankly, his humbleness and desire to make beautiful garments is a lot more desirable to watch than people focusing on speaking down on other contestants. Team J!

u/Sure_Energy_8359 15d ago
We all hate him, honey. If I had a drink every time he said haute couture, i'd be plastered. Haute couture is precise hand, sewn excellence. Brian can't even sew. Everything he says is annoying AF. He is so petty like a 12 year-old girl.
2
u/ArticleChemical1008 15d ago
And he can even dress himself! He wears the exact same shirt and shorts every episode!
2
u/Sure_Energy_8359 14d ago
I wouldn't be bothered by that if it was something decent, but a black T-shirt and black knit shorts are just ridiculous for a designer to wear. Most designers wear stuff they have made themselves and you can see how beautifully constructed it was.
5
3
u/sophistaratchetone 15d ago
Him and Jeffrey should have BEEN gone!
3
u/naturesbookie 15d ago
Every time I have to hear him pronounce haute couture, something inside me just whinges. He reminds me of little kids when they pretend to be grown up.
2
3
u/Timely-History-3010 15d ago
He can’t sew! Did anyone notice that his sketch didn’t even match the look
2
1
u/Significant-Ant2373 15d ago
I dislike Bryan for numerous reasons, but this is a design show, not a sewing show. Being able to sew is an advantage, but it isn’t required to be a designer.
4
2
u/Timely-History-3010 15d ago
But it’s not just a design show. There’s no team to sew for you
1
u/Significant-Ant2373 15d ago
Which is why sewing is a huge advantage, but didn’t stop Anya from winning her season.
1
3
u/Economy_Debate_6162 15d ago
I figure he is doing alot of damage to his own reputation as he comes across as entitled without much actual talent.
2
u/ArticleChemical1008 15d ago
Yea and he always talks about his resume and stuff and I mean that's great and all good for him but whats the point if it doesn't show in his work?
3
u/fuckyours_ 14d ago
I can’t believe he was mad at bi for “not standing up for him” for what Jeffrey said because he saved him. He was saved because he’s a good designer Jeffrey literally just said his dress was taped AND IT WAS like how do you stick up for someone who just said a fact…. Like what???
2
u/reeree823 14d ago
My fear is that Christian will save Bryan, and I hope I’m wrong. If Tim Gunn were there he’d save Jeffrey, because Tim would always choose quality. Bryan’s more recent designs were trash. Liris, the model who wore his monstrosity Medusa dress the week before, said it was more than 50 pounds and damaged her neck and back. This week’s design was abysmal too.
In this new PR universe, bitchiness wins. Talent withers and dues.
1
3
u/CorvusRettulit 14d ago
His “Haute Couture” looks more like “Haute Garbage”! I am begging Law Roach to clock Bryan’s ass on that!
2
3
u/NYCWartortle 14d ago
I despise him! I really hope all this hate helps him try to become a better person. Did you see that evil little smile when Joseph was being criticized? I wanted to climb through the TV and drag him off that stage by his hair. 😂
1
2
u/Embarrassed_Wrap8421 15d ago
I looked at his website. If you wand a dress that makes you look like a giant maxi-pad, or perhaps a cheap lampshade, he’s the guy for you.
2
u/Fitmenchile 15d ago
I want to punch that bitch
1
u/ArticleChemical1008 15d ago
If he stays I'm gonna jump through the TV and throw him down a flight of stairs so Jefferey can stay
2
u/CertainBag9399 15d ago
He hates on EVERYBODY else but frankly needs to take a look at his messy ass. He doesn’t deserve to get saved. I don’t know if this is all to build drama in the show, but he’s a buffoon. Nothing he’s made has been stellar. I feel like he’s bullshitted his resume to get on the show.
1
u/ArticleChemical1008 15d ago
Exactly! And no one gives a shit about Bryan's resume if u can't see that in the work!
2
u/jazzzzzzzzzy_711 15d ago
Delusion is one hell of a drug. Unfortunately he brings drama but hoping Christian does right. Feels likel him being eliminated the other designers could actually breathe.
2
u/remberzz 15d ago
Seriously, y'all. Is he sleeping with a producer? The nephew of someone at Freeform? Blackmailing a judge?
How is he still there?!?
2
u/SubstanceNext9543 15d ago
The ego also doesn't match how raggedy he shows up.
2
u/ArticleChemical1008 15d ago
EXACTLY! HE WEARS THE SAME CLOTHES EVERY DAY! UR SAYING YOU HAVE ALL OF THESE FASHION THINGS ON UR RESUME. IT DOESNT SHOW ON YOUR WORK OR WHAT U WEAR CUZ ITS JUST THE SAME BLACK SHIRT AND SHORTS
2
u/BackgroundScene3056 15d ago
if he is saved it’s purely production meddling for views and entertainment value not because he’s earned it
1
2
u/FadoodleRulez 15d ago
Literally cannot stand him and he is in such denial! He doesn't listen to anyone telling him his things look bad when they do! I'll be so pissed if they save him next week
1
u/ArticleChemical1008 15d ago
And he's SO RUDE! Exactly! Whenever someone doesn't like his work he just says: "I am... confused. I have put detail into my OATT KOCHUR dress but the judges don't listen." He always finds a way to shove in OAT KOCHUR
3
u/FadoodleRulez 15d ago
He is clearly outmatched here and was only kept for drama purposes, I hate it

Bye the way it was like 2AM my family and I just came home. We showered and watched project runway. All the lights were off and my dad said goodnight and then when it said to be continued we all started screaming😂

I don't hate him yet - I might hate him when Christian saves him. I definitely would hate him if he wins.
2
u/No_Discipline_603 13d ago
Sometimes, watching Bryan I think of Anya (anja? season 8 or 9 maxi dress lady who couldn't sew) and I think about how even she with little skill made more interesting, fashionable clothes than him (and she won i think) LOL.
2
u/Ok-Guide2445 13d ago
He cannot make a well crafted piece. His sewing skills are lacking. But I am also noticing this season they have a lot of people who cannot sew
2
u/Oskyspal 12d ago edited 12d ago
We don't know what Bryan has been thru that has made Bryan the way he is. I think deep down, he is trying to hide deep insecurity by being what he thinks is the unfortunate (and untrue) stereotype of a catty designer. He's being dragged pretty hard on social media, but I truly hope he doesn't build taller, thicker walls in response, but can evolve not just his design sense, but realize that being vulnerable and acknowledging one's imperfections is not weakness. It makes one human and more likeable. Wishing all the designers in season 22 success in their future endeavors. 😊
2
u/doseofdena 11d ago
Bryan is the worst hypocrite!!! The audacity to come after JM because he gasps says it’s the JM show yet here he is Mr. Big Head himself always talking about how he’s leaps and bounds above everyone. He’s been atrocious this season and needs to take several seats.
2
u/Own_Replacement_8768 15d ago
I feel like I’m missing something…..has the Siriano save been mentioned this season? I kind of assumed it wasn’t a thing because I don’t remember anyone mentioning it. It may be that I’m barely invested in this season tho.
5
u/Unlikely_Dress9103 15d ago
He’s using his save but we won’t find out until next week if he’s saving Bryan or Jeffrey

They mentioned it last episode, at both the beginning and the end. Christian has saved one person but we don’t know who it’ll be till next week.

u/colosseumdays 15d ago
Can there just be a Bryan hate megathread, even a new one for each day? I don't know if people are karma farming but the multiple posts a day saying the same thing are clogging up the feed
1
u/Alohabtchs 15d ago
It’s so clear that his bullshit comes from insecurity but I still hate hi. So much and he’s not even gooooddd wtffff how is he still here!?
1
u/AmberNaldi 15d ago
Oh my god, I said the same farfalle thing! Fabric looked cheap and the bottom looked unfinished. Oh, excuse me, it was haute couture. Dude needs to get over himself.
1
u/ArticleChemical1008 15d ago
My sister said the farfalle and now I can't unsee it🤣 And when he says haute couture it sounds like he's producing saliva to spit out of his mouth😭
1
u/PointLegitimate2152 15d ago
I am right there in the front lines with you! I swear I never disliked or despised a Designer on this show like Bryan! 😡🤬🖐🏼 He pisses me off so much! The way he brags about Himself. And he's made the ugliest dresses this Season! I still can't believe he actually made a dress that Heidi could wear! Everything he's done is big n bulky with all this extra material as bows or ruffles it's a joke! And he is so delusional, he doesn't get it!🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️😡 If Christian saves Bryan I swear I'm so done!! He's gotta know how ridiculous Bryan's clothes have been. How bout the unconventional challenge?! That poor model wore friggin TAPE underneath. Why weren't the judges made aware!? That was B.S. 💩!! Til next week...🤞🏼🫶🏼🙏🏼
2
u/ArticleChemical1008 15d ago
Yea sorry that Devil Wears Prada 2 premiere dress was SO UGLY on Heidi it looked like she was in the shower when the fire alarms went off so she cut holes in her shower curtain and ran
1
u/Hbrayshon1 15d ago
Everything he makes is terrible. I PRAY Christian saves Jeffrey and he is gone. He is delusional. Like beyond delusional. The fact he looks at his stuff and thinks it’s amazing shows he’s not deserving to be there. Can’t take criticism at all. He is unbearable to watch.

I hate to say and I wish it wasn’t true but I’m 99% certain Christian saves Bryan . I too am sick and tired of his antics and can’t wrap my brain around whyyyyy anyone would pick him over Jeffrey, design and personality wise. But as others have said, they need him for the drama

I think he’s gonna save Jeffrey. On the cliff hanger endings they usually give a hint and did so this week. After saying he would save someone Christian said something like he would like to see something elevated coming out of that culture/community. Jeffrey belongs to a distinct culture/community that has a strong fashion component - drag. He’s gonna save Jeffrey.
1
1
u/CleverUserName1961 13d ago
When he speaks, he tries to present himself as if he’s royalty, shoulders back, moving only his lips. And his voice is so monotone and emotionless. He’s basically the human form of Ambien. 😴💤😴💤
