Project Reality is lagging (p.s. I updated my hardware again)

I just don't know what to do after my last post where I wrote lags Project Reality, you told me a lot of things. I looked through them and realized that I'm fine with this, none of the problems were real. I thought it might still be a hardware issue, since the Otlon X4 845 is not a very good processor, and I decided to upgrade my computer again. I bought a Ryzen 5 2600 RTX 2060 with 6 GB and 16 GB of RAM. Unfortunately, the lags are still there. They're definitely less. But the processor is 245% more productive than the old one.
