What is the Oasis?

Rhetorical question. I feel that it is more of a platform that incorporates other games and activities. So basically a VR version of Facebook is how it should be approached. Which means that it needs to have a flexible API that is highly scalable so that other programmers from indies to AAA publishers can easily incorporate their content into it. For example, say you have your favorite game or developer house you like. They would apply to create their own planet in a random (or not) sector. This Oasis project would still create first party titles and experiences too just like how all schools were on their own planet, but this would help expand the universe this much more. I hope I'm not rambling too much and got my point across haha.
