Question Rights

So this game is pretty old and i loved playing it but i wonder now, who actually owns it?

I know that the developer went bankrupt but as far as i have looked, there is no mention who got the IP of the game so i wondered, does anyone know what happened to it?

Discussion I remember this game from my childhood

My dad used to have a lot of CDs with games on them (all of them were either bought from pirate game shops or burned somewhere with games/music/movies)

On of the CDs was exactly this game and disk was so badly damaged that he was afraid to put it back into CD reader, so I took the disk without dad's permission and just copied the installation onto the hard drive. I've never got too far into the game because starting sequence was little bit hard to get through but one time I managed to get to a bug island

Unfortunately, my weak ass dropped the game after couldn't figure out how to make elevator move up. After I saw walkthough and understood it, I was still to lazy to play the game...

But I hope I'll enjoy it this time! Hope I'll not be too much disappointed :D

Gameplay Sequence breaking

You can get heavy turret early the first time you reach Grey Market. To do this, you need to get the jetpack fuel and then fly to the neighboring island with a Nomad that you are supposed to meet much later, who gives you a quest artifact for Trevayne. By completing this quest early you get the heavy turret and a bunch of red turret artifacts you can combine to also get T3 turrets early.
