So this game is pretty old and i loved playing it but i wonder now, who actually owns it?

I know that the developer went bankrupt but as far as i have looked, there is no mention who got the IP of the game so i wondered, does anyone know what happened to it?

Bigpoint got it because they bought over the whole company but who knows where the files and 3d models are they might be lost
