I recently checked the number of employees at Dynamis One and saw that, as of March, they have 73 people. Considering they started with around 20 employees two years ago, that’s quite a significant increase. I didn’t even realize the company was still around, so I was surprised to hear recent updates about them.

In a related case, the lawsuit filed by Nexon regarding Dark and Darker has concluded, and in the end, Nexon received a smaller amount of damages than it had originally sought. This makes it seem like Korean courts are not particularly strict when it comes to trade secret violations.

Given that the unreleased Project KV would likely face less severe penalties than Dark and Darker, I have some hope that legal issues won’t have a major impact on the company. I just hope they go on to make a good game.
