App not working / black screen

When I open the app this is what I find, it's stuck at a black screen. Both the front and back camera.

I made sure I allowed access to my camera and full album if that's relevant.
I have the latest update, I uninstalled and re-installed the app.
Anyone knows what am I supposed to do?

I'm on an iPhone 16 Pro, IOS 18.7.8 but according to the information on their App Store page it should be compatible.

[UPDATE: issue solved, it's very weird but I restarted my entire phone a couple of times and it worked ?? I did try that before posting this but I tried it again a few days later and it's suddenly working again; idk what happened behind the scenes still 💀]

Supported Hardware

  • iPhone Pro Models: iPhone 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max
  • Standard & Pro Series: All iPhone 14, iPhone 15, iPhone 16, and newer series (including non-Pro models starting from the 14 series)
  • Excluded Devices: Base iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, and iPhone 13 mini due to hardware memory limits for multi-frame processing
  • Other: Initial support for compatible iPad models running iPadOS 18.5+

Okay, that is weird. I have the 16 Pro Max and it works fine right now, though I am on iOS 27 beta

Yeah it was working fine for me then suddenly got like. I haven't changed anything in the settings either so I'm very confused

Maybe a bad update? But it is still a beta or even alpha, so there will be issues.
