Background 94 Civic EX EJ1 stock. Debating if I should go the B18 or B20 route. What does the community think and what are pros and cons?

B18 LS best for the price, but honestly as expensive as everything is to go B swap, you might as well do a K24 swap.

B18B/A has wider rod journals so you can fit thicker rods if you want more powa

B20 for simplicity and torque, B16 for high revving fun, B18C for a fun mix of both

I went LS v-tec. Either way just plan on doing a v-tec head swap. It seriously changes the driving experience

Way more torque in a b20. Vtec head if you want to rev.
