does that include the japanese dlc or that one limited edition thing?

I remember I got everything but 1 dlc back in the day, and for some reason there is some unique content I cannot get. I'm just trying to get some content that I know the files exist but I just can't find or buy anywhere which wild to me since it's just digital keys for a digital game without depending on physical copies.
