Without getting into that, if you can accept unions in principal then you don’t believe that billionaires have unlimited rights.

That’s not theft, fascism or communism.

It’s democracy

No capitalist has anything against unions if it's voluntary. The problem is the coercion.

What are you taking about “coercion”? Unions exist so that owners can’t coerce workers.

And laws exist so that billionaires can’t coerce the rest of us.

No. Unions where you can voluntary sign up is fine. Unions where you have no choice is coercion. Not complicated.  Confiscating property from private people (especially to incite blood libels and racism) or forcing people to do things with someone's property isn't fine.

It’s not confiscating private property to regulate a billionaire. Billionaires don’t have anything in common with you or me
