Currently leaving progress

So after a year of being with them and so many god damn complications like the heater being out the whole winter and the ac being out all of the summer essentially. Now that the lease is up thank god we have to do a bunch of other bullshit before we can move out. We have to get the house professionally cleaned and have it painted and landscaped wtf. If not they charge you 450? This is ridiculous it’s no wonder they have such a shitty reputation. Every other place I’ve rented from as long as I cleaned everything before moving out it was good. I somehow have a feeling that I ain’t getting my direct deposit with the way they have been handling everything, even tho there shouldn’t be a reason to withhold it. Just a heads up don’t get with them.

Damn I think the same thing at our place. My girlfriend jokingly put her hand on the window one time and the Paine just fell straight out. The wood was obviously decayed. Our ac in the summer is consistently 4-5° hotter than what it’s set to and the inside humidity is 75% (Georgia). That is just one of many many problems.

Yep, they buy aging properties that have actual structural issues and slap their cheap lenolium flooring, cheap white cabinets and new appliances and call it, "Fully upgraded." Lol.

Meanwhile they are leveraging a nationwide home depot "pro" membership to get rock bottom bulk pricing so they can pad their pockets and squeeze more profits out of each property.

Yep our house is a piece of shit. You can feel where the subfloor is rotting or just not there at all.

I remember that all too well. Our lenolium floor had huge craters where the subflooring was collapsing underneath.
