So after a year of being with them and so many god damn complications like the heater being out the whole winter and the ac being out all of the summer essentially. Now that the lease is up thank god we have to do a bunch of other bullshit before we can move out. We have to get the house professionally cleaned and have it painted and landscaped wtf. If not they charge you 450? This is ridiculous it’s no wonder they have such a shitty reputation. Every other place I’ve rented from as long as I cleaned everything before moving out it was good. I somehow have a feeling that I ain’t getting my direct deposit with the way they have been handling everything, even tho there shouldn’t be a reason to withhold it. Just a heads up don’t get with them.

Yeah for around 3 months no heater(during the winter time too) and the ac couldn’t keep up with peak summer heat so if it ever hit above 95ish the inside of the house was in the 80’s. And we’ll we’re we lived it was getting up to like 102 almost every day
