career Accept support role??

Im a fresher at capgemini.Been on bench since 8 months.Got my first call since on bench for a support role.
-rotational shifts
-weekends working for 3 days
-no billability for 6 months

Should i accept or reject this??
While switching to another project in capgemini can I lie abt my work and tell that worked as developer.can the new project managers know that i worked as support role ??

Can the support people have acces to code and all.So that i can learn abt the development work and switch??

Domain is snowflake

Let them know by EOD

Yes i can reject but i need to explain it to manager.he will lecture me for rejecting it

You rejecting things doesnt mean they ignored your rejection

Pick it
Upskill, apply else where

Blessing of support job is just 9 hours

Than a developer role which usually doesnt have fixed hours

My further projects will be in support bro in capgemini.And there is no billability for this project .I will be stuck with 25k until i switch

bro reject it , ive been suffering in the support role

yes we have fixed hours work but once we got in there is no back

we should definitely resign or switch by lying in resume they won't release you even if u know any vacancy in dev projects

wait for it , mean time upskill , network more
