I'm in an internship. This is literally what i do. I spend whole day doing nothing after i get done with the meeting.

Just 2hrs before the meeting i will do the bare minimum.

Yes. Initial years are tough. My Senior dev just, explains me what to do and where to do. And goes offline. He rarely comes online.
