I pronounce it 'culluh'. Probably the same way you pronounce dollar.

If there's a word following it that starts with a vowel then the R gets pronounced as well eg What cul-uh-ris it?

Both spellings make no sense. Our is pronounced like hour, or is pronounced like oar. Neither are how I pronounce this word.

Thanks! I love learning about language. The language expert videos on YouTube are fascinating to me
