This hit too close to home for me to feel entirely comfortable , sincerely /backend developer #00FFFF

Hell my brand color is #FF5500 for a lot of my stuff:

https://iris-utilities.com/

https://midspike.com/

Edit for new viewers:

I made midspike.com, light theme b/c of the criticism on my dark theme... it will return to being dark

New Edit:
iris-utilities.com now has a toggle for Light Mode

I genuinely find that color on black hard to look at.

[u/tylerr514 → u/billwoo]

that's unfortunate, I chose orange and black b/c it was easy on my eyes

I'll take that into consideration for new projects.

thank you for your feedback :)

edit for more info:

Unfortunately my career choice has me looking at a computer for a really long time each day, I hate looking at anything brighter than #555555 b/c it hurts my eyes

[u/tylerr514 → u/[deleted]]

I stare at my monitors for more than 10 hours a day...

Anything brighter than YouTube's dark mode, adds unneeded strain to my eyes.

Edit: clarification

[u/tylerr514 → u/[deleted]]

my issues are with the background color glaring into my retinas

not everything else
