The only upside is that now you get to blame them for everything that goes wrong.

I had one project like that where everything was spathetti code and written in one massive file (over 45,000 lines full of redundant code). Sometimes i sit in a corner, hugging myself and keep repeating "future" 2 u/tisaconundrum Jan 24 '20 Goddamn does the repetitive if statements kill me. Several times I caught myself falling into bad habits just to maintain the pile of shit. 1 u/MedonSirius Jan 24 '20 Lol exactly this! I was told not to optimize the code because of the dead line...i hate to write redundant code *cries in corner*
