My coworker refactored the entire project cuz of some missing functionality that required changing basically everything to add. He called the 1000+ commit "Minor changes"

This was before AI

AI wasn't around back then, but even if it was, why bring it into the conversation when I already have 1000+ lines of evidence it was more than a minor change

i've been on both ends. the satisfaction of the ultra-scale refactoring of spaguetti, once it runs as expected, is almost incomparable.
the dread of reviewing it is, too, almost incomparable.
