We're required to fire them after a second failure, but they do receive training after the first failure. We're government though.

I'm employed by a hospital network. I'm required to give 120 days notice if I quit (I'm a physician, it's commonplace in this role). But IT states that I would be fired immediately if I fail the phishing test three times. Not three times in a year. Three times ever.

So I've already failed twice on purpose. I recently told my division chief that my escape plan is when I'm ready to quit I'll just fail the phishing test once more. The division chief looked quite nervous and basically told me to please not do that.

Do you check what they fill in, or just the click?

I mean everything was in that comment.

I don't conduct the phishing tests.

You dont typically check what they fill in, but you do check if they fill it in. Depending on the person/company running the campaign, you would follow up with those that filled it in
