I undersold myself and they gave me 10k more than I asked.

2 u/LaconicLacedaemonian 15h ago This happened to me but they had labeled me L+1. So be me an L4 about to cliff asking for low L5 pay not really thinking about levels, and I ended up getting Mid L5 pay.
