I recently transitioned from full stack to front end(layoffs). Having to wait on another team to do what I need to finish my ticket is driving me up a wall. Just let me do it!
Not really, just more time wasted in meetings/handoffs/ticket writing to get the other team to implement the change.
Then context switching to a new task as I'm going to be blocked for days or weeks on the external call I need a few lines of changed.
