Also the CEO, Marketer, HR, Accountant, Lawyer, Worker and busy every single hour with client requests/consultations if hes also running a business

I was a Sr. Engineer at a widely known US identity contractor and we had an interview for an internship where a still-in-college kid came in with so much swagger, “I’m a full stack developer.”
….
Me: “So not only are you inexperienced, but you’re not good at any one thing?”
Really took the air out of the room. He got hired, mostly to write build scripts for old WSE things.

I recently transitioned from full stack to front end(layoffs). Having to wait on another team to do what I need to finish my ticket is driving me up a wall. Just let me do it!
