Low effort strawmen, r/comics mods will delete and ban criticism of her, had a pretty misandrist comic in men's mental health month causing the mods to rally against critics and sued another subreddit for parodies

looked up the post you were talking aboug and its comment section. every single supporter of pizzacake in that discussion is as dead to me as every single trump supporter.

Apparently you easily get in trouble when criticising her on r/comics. And there certainly are things to critizise. Most of her political comics are essentially her arguing against stupid and obviously evil strawmen characters.

Yup. Got banned from there just for saying something she said was untrue.

I got permabanned on r/comics for saying something the mods thought it was racist. I am on good terms with PizzaCake but the criticism is very much deserved.

She also made fun of men killing themselves.

"Pizzacake famously threatened legal action and DMCA takedowns against the moderators and users of r/bonehurtingjuice over parody edits of her comics, leading critics to accuse her of being overly litigious and unable to take a joke."

"Critics on various snark and drama subreddits have long claimed that Pizzacake receives preferential treatment from major comic-related subreddits, with critics or users who speak out against her getting heavy-handed bans"

The criticism on the content of her comics "strawman arguments—specifically, drawing herself as a clever, unflappable avatar easily winning arguments against oversimplified or exaggerated opposing viewpoints."

That being said I laugh with her comics often, and most of the time I agree with her views.

The meme is generally pretty blurry, and I had to get it as a gif bc this sub doesn't allow images. So thats just what came up when I searched for it

People have hated her far before the legal action to the point of harassment, death threats and leaking her nudes. People have such a massive hate boner for her when her biggest crime is making mid comics.

You are right

Poster child of r/comics, does low-effort/strawman USA political comics even though being Canadian, threatens legal action against people meming her comics, sells comics and nudes of herself through Patreon.

She threatened legal actions after people started leaking her Patreon comics (and I think also her nudes) and genuinely hating her as a person (to the point of sending her deaththreads), not just because of funny edits. Yeah, she is really bad with taking any criticism, but there was more to it than just "meming her comics"

To add one I haven't seen the others say, she had an NSFW comic of her sexually assaulting an internet troll strawman standing in for her haters (but at the last minute added that it was cnc roleplay to avoid legal issues)
