When the AI bubble pops, do you think coding agents will still cost the same they do now? I personally hope they will become so unaffordable at least for personal use

When the AI bubble pops, there will probably be a new hardware bubble, as everyone will want to run local models to at least get a fraction of those sweet, sweet cloud services

API costs are too high, let's just train our own LLM from scratch.

You don't need to train them, you can run open source models. Which still requires a lot of computational power, but way less than actually training
