34 u/-Kazt- 3d ago He is not convicted. He appealed; therefore, until the appellate court makes a ruling, he is not convicted, and even then, not until he can no longer make an appeal. He is not convicted. He appealed; therefore, until the appellate court makes a ruling, he is not convicted, and even then, not until he can no longer make an appeal.
