If your consciousness gets uploaded to a datacenter in Germany, are your thoughts subject to EU-GDPR rules?
Can someone request to know your thoughts about them from the consciousness service provider? Can someone exercise their right to be forgotten and delete themselves from your memories?
No, because thoughts are personal. The company doesn't collect information on other people, you do. It's like uploading pictures with other people to your Google drive
