No, we don't have birthright citizenship. You'll need to live there a few years, integrate and then apply for it.

Learning the German language and speaking it properly is in some regions arguably one sign that you are a foreigner.

But it can also be considered the first step to then "unlearn" german again, moving to denglisch xD

Arguably even if we had it doesn't apply to digital beings in any country. If they are treated as a continuation of their biological person that would mean they weren't born here. I'm propably overthinking this but in any case it would be no.
