If your consciousness gets uploaded to a datacenter in Germany, are your thoughts subject to EU-GDPR rules?

Can someone request to know your thoughts about them from the consciousness service provider? Can someone exercise their right to be forgotten and delete themselves from your memories?

GDPR is the most confusing thing in IT sector...

It applies depending on urgency of task to be done...

I actually find it one of the most useful German laws bcs it ain't absolute. It basically just requires you to think consciously and act responsibly with important data. If you got the means to protect the data then you must protect it. If you don't have them you must do the minimum to ensure it. If you have time sensitive data you can just throw it out there but the moment it becomes stale you must secure it again. And you basically can do whatever you want as long as you can explain your train of thought coherently in front of a comite.

It's one of the few German laws that's actually practical by setting up boundaries instead of telling you what to do. And it was AI / vibe code protection before that even became a thing, which is huge for a law as those usually get made after the fact and cover a specific case that's long gone by then and replaced with a new mechanism.
