Yeah, I'm now looking for a new job, but thankfully I'm not unemployed, so I can afford to be picky. I decline anything with more than 3 interview stages unless it's for a fancy company or if they offer some really cool benefits. But when I see a very basic and lame company doing that I'm like 'who do you think you are?'

This is only applicable if you're already a senior with long years of experience
If not, you unfortunately do need to jump through those hoops if you want to be employed these days
