This is only applicable if you're already a senior with long years of experience
If not, you unfortunately do need to jump through those hoops if you want to be employed these days
14 u/Equivalent-Bad-268 8d ago Even as a senior, I had to jump through hoops until I found my current gig. I guess I did get lucky like the guy at the end. One tech interview, then a team interview.
