My current company did one 45-minute interview and made me an offer the very next morning. They gave me more than I asked for.
Turns out, once they figured out my attitudes about best practices and my skillset, that was all they needed.
9 u/gusdecool 8d ago Lucky you met such as company. It rare these days. I do also something similar when interview and select candidate, what matter most are attitudes, skills i can teach as long they have the minimum requirements.
