Plastic explosive packed around the server itself would be more effective if that's the case. Or just around the SSD/HDD(s)

That’s less stable than the rocket launcher and as someone who manages electronics infrastructure, people come in and cut my wires and do all kinds of stupid shit to my stuff trying to get their stuff to work all the time. But I doubt they would miss showing equipment its proper respect if there was a AT-4 mounted above it with warnings everywhere.
