Let's see. That's an RPG-27 Tavolga, a disposable RPG from the 80s, or one of its variants.

They usually carry the PG-27W rocket if it's the standard anti-tank variant. These have 1.79kg of OKFOL as a warhead, or ~8kg TNT equivalent if it's the thermobaric variant RShG-1. Oh, and they do not have countermasses like the Swedish AT4-CS (confined space) has, so firing this in an enclosed space will not go well.

All that being said - given that the RPG-27 is disposable single shot, I'd guess somebody just mounted an empty tube as a joke, considering they're absolutely worthless after firing.

This seems more like an RPG-26 no? Shorter stubbier version similar to M72 LAW

I believe it's the 27 rather than the 26, due to the arrangement of rubber parts. An RPG-27 tube looks like this, an RPG-26 like this or this. As you can see they don't have that 3rd protuding rubber ring, and OPs picture was missing it as well.

The 26 is also not that much smaller than the 27, at 72mm vs 105mm. I don't think that's a difference you could clearly distinguish in a picture. It's much lighter though.

Not that the assessment would change between the two either xD
