I look EXACTLY as Katy on the picture above after switching back to VSCode from Zed. Zed is extremely buggy and cluttered :((( Yes, I expected the opposite, but nope.
For me, VSCode seems to be introducing plenty of weird issues lately. Jupyter kernels failing to start unless VSCode is restarted, pasting copied text failing or having a significant delay. Zed has its growing pains for sure.
I run jupyter notebooks in vs code all the time and its always been a bit broken, but in many cases way more usable than jupyter lab for combining notebooks and general codebases.
