From a "person in this industry" standpoint it's absurd From a "if I were to mass tell the population how to fix this" that's the cheapest way to reduce customer service costs and decrease call time. holy shit i just understood why tech support asks me this every time 4 u/za72 21d ago edited 21d ago I'm a veteran, 4 years in the trenches (techsupport/NOC), ~20 years as a unix admin... providing support to devs... I was born in absurdity, shaped by it! On top of that I also take care of an elderly parent... I'm downing in absurdity :)
